When we bought our Airstream and brought it home, Joann insisted that we give it a name.
I hoped to find a brewing term that fit. Since Joann and I both have German ancestry and we have a German dog breed, and we had recently gone on a vacation to Germany, why not have it be a German word?
So we came across das Fass.
Meaning: The Barrel, Keg.
Seemed fitting.
We call him “Fozzy.”
